I don't do running, but I got a very sturdy pair of Skechers in Sports Direct recently that are great for walking. Fairly heavy, bulky shoes, but excellent support, didn't break the bank either.

I'm old enough to remember the wrecks we had on the road, held together with sticky tape and string. It was a regular event to have to give someone a push start or a push to the kerb, so I don't think it's a swizz. A family member took three goes to get through on headlamp alignment recently.

I'd like to make one suggestion to the driving community: while 1.3% of you follow road rules so road users know what to expect, the 98.7% are fcking assholes who run red lights, use your phones while driving and kill 100 ppl daily on US roads. Please police them. They ruin it for everyone.
