This is it. Work shy. Great way to put it.

Mbeumo looks like something is wrong emotionally. It's that bad out there for him. He's weak, slow, reactive, and heavy. Something is really wrong.

OK, I gotta say it. A lot of people need to lose their jobs over the next 3 weeks. Vivell, Wilcox and Berrada have run this team into the ground. The summer was woefully myopic on what we needed, and we're now payting the price. These players can fuck off too. They're clearly in check-cashing mode.

Mbeumo looks like he's 40 years old out there. Absolutely awful these past few games

They can deny it all they want, and perhaps they don't notice it; but when you've been through that many managers and are still at the club, and still a starter(!) you subconciously realize there's no real consequence to not trying, so you level down a bit. And then a bit more. Then a bit more...

That's one recently introduced Premier League ownership group out after massively letting down a fanbase. Let's hope another one follows soon.

It’s incredible how consistently this shows up. We do not win 50-50s. Our passes are heavy or weak or tackles in the ball back to the opposing team and our clearances suck we just play poorly. We look like we don’t give a shit all the time. It’s some kind of cultural failure at the club.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 16/09/2026
INEOS are a failed leadership team. They don’t change a thing about this clubs culture, then they cut every penny from this club and we still couldn’t spend this summer. If after all those INEOS cuts we are still broke, then we are a dying club.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 16/09/2026
There is a culture of mediocrity and everything United does now from a summer signings to how it plays on the field. It’s just not good enough anywhere and no one in leadership wants to acknowledge that.

Zirkzee clearly thinks football is a non-contact sport

Brighton were to a man, faster, stronger, more accurate, more hungry, etc. look at how many headers they strung together no challenge from our own team anytime we got the ball. There were four Brighton players on us. It was men versus boys out there.

It’s so incredibly frustrating to just have to sit here as a fan and not be able to do anything and watch your team act like they really do not care at all about playing football

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 16/09/2026
It’s a good thing we bought three midfielders for one position for depth we no longer need meanwhile the rest of the squad is left to rot

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 16/09/2026
This is now officially a crisis. Manchester United have a culture problem.
000
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 16/09/2026
This is so obvious it hurts a little. Tottenham will look awful right up until they play us and they’ll come alive and we’ll find new and exciting ways to look terrible.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 14/09/2026
If this is true, if they're not being allowed to ref a specific team's game, then they need to be fired. If the league is willing to admit that they can't even give the appearance of a fair game to United, then they're biased refs. Can still impact league position via other games. Sack them.
000
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 14/09/2026
At some point the UK needs to come to terms with the fact that the refereeing in the Premier League is compromised. Political inquiries etc. The sport cannot be kept to such a low standard. The possibility of compromised individuals has to be considered. Accountability for refs is long overdue.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 14/09/2026
Sounds like Carrick’s good will has run out. That was quick.
010
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 14/09/2026
Think about this for a moment: They reversed a correct on the field call, to make an incorrect call, and they never even sent a ref to the screen to look at it. Absolutely insane.
000
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 14/09/2026
There's something corrupt about VAR, and the refereering in general in the premier league. No American sports league would ever accept this level of incompetence. Prem reffing is bent. Maybe it's betting, or personal bias, but there is something rotten at the core of the sport in England.
000
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 14/09/2026
We were supposed to get best in class, but instead we got two people from City who you could start making conspiracy theory cases for being double agents. The ETH-> Amorim catastrophe alone should have cost them their jobs. This club is in the exact same spot it was when it fired MOURINHO.
000
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 14/09/2026
Berrada, Wilcox and Vivell's jobs need to be on the line, now. They need to be the next ones on the chopping block, not Carrick. They bought 3 midifielders for one position, one they bought knowingly injured, while the rest of the squad was left wanting. Criminal window needs to cost their jobs.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 14/09/2026
I want to believe this, I really do, but this team has cornered the market on not playing for managers they're not having, and if they're not having Carrick, he'll get fired.

VAR has to be scrapped. It's literally never been used as it's intended purpose of being there to help referees as an aid. Now we have officials in person correctly giving decisions being overuled by blokes sat in an office and then hours later admit they got it wrong. VAR was supposed to help make

This is now officially a bad start to the season. I can’t remember the last time we had a good start to the season. There’s some hope in that in that we can turn this around, but it really shows me that fundamentally nothing has changed with INEOS and this is still a player run club.
001
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 13/09/2026
Disconnected a bit after the game. There something wrong, fundamentally, at the club. I think you could start saying that we benefited from a new manager bounce last season; that the relief of Amorim leaving lifted the players. Now they’re back to their lackadaisical ways. So so troubling.

Fuck this team.

Clearly this reverse psychology post worked, and the powers that move men and nations took note. You're welcome, United fans! 😂😂😂

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 09/09/2026
I'm saying this now, explicitly before tomorrow's game: I think United's biggest problem is a lack of leaders. Rooney got stick a few weeks back saying that when the crowd or the team wasn't looking up for it, he'd run through a fullback, leave a mark. I believe that's precisely what we lack. /1

Wait, are people saying Carrick is to blame right now? He’s clearly got us set up correctly; our failures are down to individual talent and mistakes. I’m quick to pull the trigger on managers; this is NOT a Carrick issue. This is down to individual mistakes and talent.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 06/09/2026
Hindsight 20/20 and all, but we spent 150m on midfielders, but we can only realistically have one of those players on the field at a time. We spent a shitload on depth when our breadth still sucks. We didn't get better, we just got deeper. Not sure that's the right call.
000
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 06/09/2026
I just feel like this team spends every summer trying to not get worse, instead of getting better. Yeah, we replaced our midfield, but we lost Casemiro, so it's not really a net positive. There's just so much functionally wrong at United, from how cheap we sell players, to how we try and build. /1

Who knows, we may have a good season. But bottom line, INEOS have shown the ambition simply isn't there. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

Rashford is actually like a new signing. Great game again. Cannot sell him.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 30/08/2026
This has been a lot of fun the second half. It’s Bruno’s game for the hat trick, but it overshadows a brilliant controlling performance by Mainoo. Totally press resistant, and progression focused.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 30/08/2026
Rashford stays. End of.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 30/08/2026
Teams are just too comfortable against us. Thats the bottom line.
000
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 24/08/2026
It’s not that the teams don’t see the talent. It’s that the agents know they can do 30m to Brentford now, and 80m to a big 6 in 2 years. Why sell to a Big 6 first? These clubs aren’t stupid. There’s just too much money left on the table if these players get a big move too soon.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 22/08/2026
What's interesting is the games in pre-season we played while starters were still on break, we looked sharp and energetic. It's the people coming back from the post World Cup vacation that have brought energy levels down. Hopefully that changes soon.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 22/08/2026
Every single United fan knew this result was a distinct possibility. There's something rotten with this team outside of tactics and player ability. It's not overcorrecting, it's the players regressing to the mean in the face of a team up for it. Lack of leadership produces results like this.
010
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 22/08/2026
This is going to be a hot take, but this is on Bruno. Not on his ability, or lack thereof today, but a proper captain of a team of this many quality players simply doesn't let this level of performance happen. I still think we lack leaders who can get this team fighting on the pitch.

Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 22/08/2026
This next 45 minutes will tell us what kind of characterthis team has now. Has Carrick changed United, or are they still a bunch of entitled players who seem to get dejected when another team dares to play against them?
010
Christopher D. @sevener.bsky.social · 22/08/2026
Honestly, I don’t know if I’ll ever fully trust this team again. We all knew going down early to Hull was on the cards. The idea of this team just being quietly good is so foreign now.

INEOS have a real fetish for spending the end of a transfer window going after unattainable players. If this is all they do, this window will be catastrophic for the relationship with the fans, let alone our season results. Incredibly poor management of the window. People should be fired.

Goes without saying, but the fervor from the fans to sign more players is going to be volcanic.

Rashford not looking useless at least... Could work his way back to starting on the left. Good Rashford *would* be like a new signing.
