Yeah it was a good soundtrack! So was nice to hear your theme made so similar, despite never have even hearing it 😅 Me with zero musical talent, is always impressed with what others put together.

✨Draft 4 Current Chapters finalized in editing: 1-10 Working through editor on complete overview While a lot of what we've done up until now was a hefty amount of "how to write better" lessons and shaping up Act 1, we're pausing on Ch 11 for a thorough overview on the main story + Addendum.

Oh I wouldn't have thought Drakengard, but not too familiar with the music from it. This one reminded me a lot of the beats of a 16-bit Jurassic Park game 😅

Absolutely! Make sure to pace yourself when you need it too.

*whew* Hormones can be absolutely rough to deal with! Hope the worst of the fatigue and sleepiness is over with, and you have the energy you need for some fun stuff (like picking out more cute outfits) ☺️

It can be SO hard to find a place that accepts you for you, but that's always what I personally strive for. Whatever 'weird' is to the norm/current setting (as long as it's not harmful, of course), I hope everyone with the self-made label is able to find exactly the place where they want to be 😌

Serra Leta @serraleta.bsky.social · 13/10/2026

Thinking more on the "when you realized you were weird" post trend today... While I always wished things were easier, I don't think it's worth trying to change yourself to *try* & fit into places. Sometimes... they just don't work out. 🧵

Tfw you're a big, scary, shark-looking person, but you've got a squishy human girlfriend who matches your energy. 😆 Thanks so much to @faindriart.bsky.social for this doodle! It really makes me happy. 💜🦈

A tall humanoid with a shark-like head wearing a coverall holds out one arm, from which is dangling a shorter white human woman with short dark hair and dark clothes who is hanging on biting like a feral puppy.

It's the latter, as an informal situation.

Serra Leta @serraleta.bsky.social · 13/10/2026

Unfortunately I don't have a website on hand to share, either. My situation is more unique, as it's been with someone I know & involves heavy "learning to write better" lessons along with the editing (which is why this project has been taking as long as it has). I hope you're able find someone!

Serra Leta @serraleta.bsky.social · 13/10/2026

My editor is unfortunately not taking on new work right now, but there's plenty of editors on here, such as @ottersediting.com who is taking on new clients and has a website with full details on what they offer (and helpful tips!)

*whew* it's been a week, been tired, been busy... I gotta get back & finish up the final bits of the Ch 10 fixes! Been going through a bit of that "story apathy" mood that I absolutely HATE, but it happens, sadly. Just gotta push through (after short breaks) & dive back in! I will finish this!! 😣

I've done things differently from the other kids since forever ago. And really, even now I'm still finding out things like "oh wait, that's *not* the norm?" Fitting in has always been a challenge, but there's never been a lack of trying 😅

Yup! Just got to Alabasta. When I first read OP 20 years ago, I think I only made it to vol 21 (on 17 right now), but did the thing where I just kinda dropped it. I did that a lot back then with manga & games, moving onto other things. So this is my 2nd shot that I'll be surpassing soon!

Serra Leta @serraleta.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

Writing will always be there for when you're ready to get back 😌 For OP I haven't quite hit the 200s yet, only cause I had plenty of busy/unwell days, & OP is last on my (big) list of weekly reads. Despite low priority, I still pick away whenever I can! Easy to download for bad service areas too!

Serra Leta @serraleta.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

I had my "it's 4AM and I can't get back to sleep" from it, buuuut fortunately I was able to come up with a few lines of writing that I was trying to figure out, based on it! So yeah, it def did help 😅 (Also, my bad sleeping nights help me pick through a few chapters of One Piece 😁)
