I get the point, but it's so not Java... You are supposed to put it into a decorator pattern with an abstract factory! (aka. bring tar-and-feather!)

The Google Earth snapshot gives you an idea of just how big this pool was (the old aerial is from ’30s). Back in 80s, the locals made a lot of noise and managed to save it from developers. Thanks to them, Luna has a good space for her crazy runs every now and then. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surbito...

The green is trying to make a comeback, but this huge yellow rectangle in our green field seems determined to resist. 😄 It turns out this used to be a huge swimming pool. It was filled in 80s, and the council sold the field to developers to help fund their own indoor swimming pool project.

This resignation made today’s heatwave a bit more bearable. Hope to see better leadership, staying at least somewhere on the centre-left. It has been awful to watch Starmer legitimising Reform’s talking points, including on immigration, and let them drag the discourse onto non-issues.
