so peeved at myself for having an illness flare up this month… i want to do art fight but I can’t when I’m sleeping for close to 12 hours every day 🥱😴💤 in addition to my day job 😵‍💫 it doesn’t help that I’ve been staying late pretty often. Which might be making the flare up worse now that I think

Posting some of my fave art fight attacks from the past few years on the lead up to the fight ! Starting with this guy :) He was a design attack I did back in 2024 ! I absolutely adore his design honestly I think he SLAPS !! Based on leopard seals, bugs (the feet) and woodlands !

A cream and brown coloured creature with a leopard-seal-like face and long scruffy fur. It has a long, fluffy wolf-like tail and two-toed beetle-like feet. Is it covered in leaves that grow from it's skin, and it has a gold bangle on one leg.

first time ever using Krita! i wanted to challenge myself by using only the 02 thick paint brush from the RGBA bundle 【 #pokemon #bulbasaur #フシギダネ #charmander #ヒトカゲ #squirtle #ゼニガメ#art #illust #illustration 】

gen 2 has always been so special to me since i was a kid and i love to shiny hunt (mostly hatching eggs) so i wanted to do some tribute to the OG gang by painting the shiny versions of their gen 2 sprites

see it as a late "present" to the guys that started my long lasting love and comfort for this series

I will never forgive orange for making LR the shade of a piece of paper… look at manga Liv The same can be said for the rest of the cast, but i feel like Legato and Livio got the worst of it. Wolfwood at the very least has a tiny bit of pigment to him. Meanwhile legato and liv are ghosts

They think they’re so cool posing for Ms Melanie’s Facebook

Wolfwood, Vash, and Livio (ordered left to right) standing together. Wolfwood and Livio are standing slightly behind Vash and they are both holding their own respective weapons.

final bit of commentary liv should be here and they should all be in the backseat with woowoo in the middle, my man would be so annoyed with being assigned the middle seat bc vash and liv couldn’t decide who gets to sit next to wolfwood

000

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 06/03/2026

sorry for the double post abt the screen grabs. WOOWOO PUT YOUR DAMN SEATBELT ON PROPERLY WE JUST GOT YOU BACK…

Merly, Milly, Vash and Wolfwood in the van together. All have their seatbelts on except Wolfwood is seemingly wearing his incorrectly, if at all.

100

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 01/03/2026

anyways I could have worded this a lot better, but I just had to get my thoughts out I always say that I am open to changing my mind when I have a negative opinion about someone or something, and that is very true for stargaze. PLEASE GAWD let something happen that changes my mind

000

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 01/03/2026

was the vashwood worth the bastardization of one of the more grounded representations of DID not saying LR is a perfect representation, I’m just saying they had a solid framework and could have given us something great. I’m REALLY TRYING to enjoy stargaze and take it how it is but man…..

100

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 01/03/2026

like it really felt like they turned razlo into this haha funny evil alter, ‘I learned about DID on tiktok and now I’m LARPing’ when LR has so much complexity and nuance… and it really just feels like he’s a caricature now

110

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 01/03/2026

and based on how razlo was formed and his purpose in protecting Livio, razlo is indeed younger mentally. so like…. Why make that comment? part of me wants to justify it as pre-teen humor and a way to show razlos immaturity but I can’t say for sure tht was orange’s intention with it

100

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 01/03/2026

there’s one comment I’m like… hyper focused on bc it honestly squicks me out. I’m not going to repeat it but iykyk it’s been a while since I’ve read Trimax so I perhaps don’t have the greatest grasp of Razlos character perhaps, but Livio describes Razlo as acting younger than himself

100

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 01/03/2026

ok I’ve been chewing on the last tristar episode for a bit and I’m gonna say I am unhappy with LR’s characterization here… there’s bits where it’s genuinely Uncomfortable but not in a good way. I’m all for media making me squirm but I feel like livraz were really disrespected by orange 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

100

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 28/02/2026

stargaze spoilers? vash PLEASE put woowoo in a box to keep him away from all this bs i can’t keep doing this at least until you power of friendship nai into oblivion

000

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

I’m waiting for fun colors before I get the switch 2, luckily(and unluckily) the release date isn’t until 2027 so there’s time to save / hope for a lite edition.

episode name is ‘goodbye my friend’ WHAT DO YOU MEANNNNNNNNN

110

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 26/02/2026

blarg ok I hate grammar and am actually really bad at it but I am DEEPLY passionate about the Oxford comma. Use the Oxford comma this is not a request Ty for coming to my Ted talk ❤️

000

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 26/02/2026

“I would like ice cream, cookies, and cream” is vastly different from “I would like ice cream, cookies and cream” In statement one, ice cream is unrelated to cookies and cream. But in statement two, you can interpret ‘cookies and cream’ as being the flavor, not two separate objects.

100

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 26/02/2026

The usage of the Oxford comma here implies that the loveliness, darkness, and deepness are separate, unrelated, descriptors. The woods are lovely, but they are also dark and deep. “The woods are lovely, dark and deep” give the impression that the loveliness is BECAUSE of their dark and deepness

100

seraphfin @seraphfin.bsky.social · 26/02/2026

side tangent: I haven’t even explained what an Oxford comma is lol The Oxford comma is a comma used here the last item in a series. The comma, and lack thereof, can change the meaning of sentences. ANYWAYS… onto Frosts line WITH an Oxford comma. “The woods are lovely, dark, and deep”
