Today I received a book on loan from the Cleveland Public Library (hell yeah) and what I expected was the McNALLY EDITIONS reprint of the 1919 classic EX-WIFE by Ursula Parrott. What I got was the... 1989 reprint.

I've gotten multiple books this year where "final interiors will be full color" is printed somewhere on the cover or in the guts, and frankly, it just makes me want to throw the thing away. It's not a romantasy novel. I need to be able to evaluate the art, which includes, importantly, the color.

Here's a mild take - if you're sending out a review copy of a comic, and that comic is going to be full color, the review copy should be full color.
