i love that endos will 1) prescribe me only three months of meds at a time 2) insist i see them for an appointment before getting refills 4) have no availability until ~four months since last appt and 5) refuse to refill meds before the new appointment :)))

it's interesting that the authors (Bender and Gebru that is) seemingly have different takes on *why* the stochastic parrot model doesn't describe current models/systems. Bender seems stuck on "secret calculator" type tricks while last I saw Gebru implied RLHF/multimodality violated the framework
