iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I have yapped too much lately and have the deep regret. I might block this site bc i can’t trust myself. I get lulled, i chat with friends, then i overshare and get miserable, deactivate, miss my friends, come back, and the cycle starts again. I just don’t think i’m cut out for this kind of social.

Catholic here, loving Leo so far. Also want to throw in this: Source: Daniel Mitsui, artist who does a mix of secular and Catholic sacred art, who is also a consistent AI hater to no one's surprise. www.danielmitsui.com/00_pages/no_...

Text in the image: "according to legend, Albertus Magnus had spent thirty years devising an oracular head, a mechanical device that could answer questions posed to it. Thomas Aquinas smashed it to pieces. Different versions of the story say that this was out of annoyance, or of fright; I prefer to think that St. Thomas had prophetic insight into the evils such device could and would cause. While I generally avoid putting my religious drawings on everyday merchandise, I thought that this small scene was timely and appropriate and humorous enough to make an exception." There is a drawing of two men inside a medieval monasterty. One of them is St. Thomas Aquinas, and he is poised to swing a large club at a bust on a pedestal, which presumably is Albert the Great's 'oracular head'. The other is Albert, and he is running toward Thomas with a look of shock on his face, hands out to stop him. There is also text that says "KILL YOUR CHATBOT" and a header that says "artwork by Daniel Mitsui, www.danielmitsui.com"

I keep thinking about Hobb’s Barrow and how I was so excited for a game to take inspiration on mythology and old burials that the native celts* did in surrounding areas the game was set in. I understand their vision was not that but it felt like such a rug pull for me.

Soft is considered tall as a Roegadyn woman — she’s 7’3. Rereto meanwhile is considered tiny even by Lalafell standards, at 2’10. Soft lets her height dictate her style, tending towards more elegant outfits with lots of length in the skirts. Rereto doesn’t think about it at all! #selkiewifeocs

I've heard people make claims that AI would lead to a new Renaissance, but I didn't imagine it'd happen like this:

Screenshot of a Tweet from Pope Leo XIV. It reads:

"In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgen to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity."

English absolutely sucks with its pronouns because the respectful 'you', the intimate 'you', and the plural 'you' are all the same word. The ability for other languages to show a change in relationship by switching from a respectful 'you' to a close 'you' is so useful for character writing.

A black and white illustration of two trail cam shots combined into one. A grey blue heron peeks from the front left corner of the image looking transfixed and surrounded by stars while an owl checks it's reflection in the water behind it.

An elf member of the Night's Blessed stands in the middle of the Rak'tika Greatwood, looking sadly into the horizon. She is alone at night.

An elezen duskwight man strikes a defiant pose despite the sorrow on his face. In the background is the dawning sun overlooking a Garlean communications tower and battlements.

🍳 A messy comic of a scene from O Brother Where Art Thou. Delmar and Everett are in a movie theater looking behind them in their seats. Delmar is saying " We thought you was a Toad" to a confused looking Pete (surrounded by question marks).

A cumback for @xmootated.bsky.social of her beautiful character Amalthea with Onych! I absolutely love her design. Thank you so so much for engaging me and I hope I did right by her! ;u; @artfuck.bsky.social #afengage #afcumback #tentacles #monsterfucker #nsfwart

A comic of Onych (a large multi-limbed tentacled alien with a metal face-plate and veil) holding Amalthea (a Viera/bunny girl with pink hair, ears and tail). It's a very dark environment with a very strong illumination from Onych's halo. In the first panel Onych is holding Amalthea up with various hands. She looks behind her and grips one of his arms as he spreads her vulva towards the viewer. In the second and third image his tentacle approaches her vulva, and it inverts and swells into an alien tentadick which presses against her firmly. The fourth image is a closeup of Amalthea's face as she glances back with her lips parted in anticipation. The final two panels are from the side; the large image is Amalthea arching and gasping as the dick pops in and the cut-in is just a lil cross-section internal view of the dick with many little sparks and hearts yay. :)
