Inktober 2026 Day 6 - Ogre bit of a shit day so here's my awesome ogre OC. his name is Shronk. alpha lone wolf type, but he's got a heart of gold if you get to know him. layered, if you will, hence the onion. do you get it? #Inktober2026

a sketch of an ogre that's literally just shrek if he was recreated from base principles. he's wearing a kilt and a white shirt that says "I (heart) ONION"

real photo i just took of the fucked up world we all live in

edited satire cartoon of two benches, one with a packed line and the other with no line. the packed line leads to a window labelled "terf shit fan art", while the open window (with an employee inside lazily reading) says "your favourite fire emblem character fan art"

"feels like having a stroke" is a pretty overused phrase but this. this is it. it's barely comprehensible nonsense, but i understand everything about it. it makes perfect sense and it hurts

"Special Envoy without portfolio to AntiFa

Did you see what that idiot ,Trump did?

(I'll just leave this as a permanent conversation /starter"

This was actually the first thing I scribbled for the prompt today, but I wasn't happy with how similar it felt to what I've done previously. Still, it's worth sharing.

drawing a smack (a kind of boat) on the open ocean in the night

Inktober 2026 Day 3 - Miniature quick lazy sketch since i was out of town today lol #LotR #Inktober2026

messy sketch of bag end from lord of the rings / the hobbit, stylised to look like a miniature diorama. a little gandalf is standing on the path outside the hobbit hole

frankly it should be illegal for a game to have ben starr in the voice cast but not have him singing on the soundtrack. that man has a set of pipes on him

in a year full of bizarre warframe community backlash, thousands of people throwing a collective tantrum over a guy being celebrated in-game for being the first person to solve a puzzle might be a new low

post on r/warframe titled "Getting a message out of the blue that just says "You lost the contest that no one knew existed." is pretty crummy."

finally gave Sky: Children of the Light a go this afternoon. they're doing a surreal Van Gogh playable tribute atm, cool stuff. very pretty game

Sky: Children of the Light screenshot of my character standing on the edge of a rocky cliff, between a chasm of clouds with a castle in the distance between them

Sky: Children of the Light screenshot of my character and a friend i made in a workshop, standing shoulder to shoulder while a ghost toils in front of us

Sky: Children of the Light screenshot of the Van Gogh event, which lets you and other players paint 3d environments depicted in Van Gogh's paintings and take a group together at the end. my character and the silhouettes of four others are standing in front of the windmill stage

Sky: Children of the Light screenshot of the Van Gogh event, where my character and another player are sailing out of a french city on a starry night on a small boat, with yellow streaks of paint following us in the water

Soulframe has excelled with its feelings-first storytelling so far, but with the world opening up more and more, the game really needed an individual antagonist the player can have a real relationship with. in turning the themes of art, memory and song against us, Bayor is already delivering imo

lyrics for the Soulframe song "Silver Eyes", cropped to show the lines sung by Ben Starr in the duet

Pale gardens failed us, Fey'd by the suns

Silver gods they need calling, 'til the last one has sung

Sing no more of famine 'neath this hallowed storm

Sing to ending of war as we’re all reborn

Silver eyes we shall hail them 'til all and all see

Silver eyes I shall hail them 'til heaven has me

warframe players are on their hands and knees begging for IQ based matchmaking for the new mode i'm in tears

screenshot of a reddit post from r/Warframe, titled "An aptitude test to unlock Elite Glacial Defiance would solve the matchmaking issue". the attached image is a mockup of such a feature, with two circles on the floor and two orbs in the sky, one of each being yellow while the other is blue. text on the side of the screen where the objective is stated in-game says "Stand in the yellow circle and shoot the blue target."

in their endless quest to make the most Cinematic✨ games possible, sony have released a game that trusts its audience even less than the average megabudget movie. bravo

screenshot from Marvel's Wolverine game, where the player has two separate bright and obnoxious "guides" through the game environment. one is a bright blue trail showing the player where to walk, the other is a series of white paint on the surfaces you can walk on. in this screenshot, two different objects have white paint to draw the eye despite being right next to each other.

i get that my opinion that number scores for games are stupid thought terminating shortcuts to madness that only benefit people who cannot engage with an articulated opinion is an unpopular one but surely we can all agree that giving number scores to consoles on release is so stupid it hurts right

it's especially funny considering most of the other dev icons for hlx look like this. i think they wanted hl3 houndeye to leak lol

icons found in source 2 tied to project HLX. all three have navy blue starry backgrounds. the first says "NAV SPACE FLIGHT" and has a picture of a screaming seagull, the second just says "NAV SPACE", and the first says "NAV SPACE WATER" with a picture of a cartoony golffish

faye🪽 @ the Sumia cultural renaissance @segirly.perfectgra.de · 09/09/2026

it's crazy to me that we have a render of the houndeye from half-life 3 and no one gives a shit

screenshot from the known enemy types section from the HLX HL3 Bulletpoints miro board, documenting datamined info about the unannounced game. the Houndeye enemy from the original half-life is on the list, with sticky notes documenting the source 2 code that mentions the creature, as well as a developer icon for "ambient_npc_manager" that uses a model of the creature eating grass that matches the modern half-life aesthetic, but appears in no currently revealed or released games
