If you ask manufacturers for a quote on your project, they should be able to talk to you about freight options and estimate those costs as well. As others have said, the tariff is a moving target that you can try to check with sites like tariffstool.com.

It's true, but they're also available as a print-and-cut PDF, it just asks more work from at least one player. Doing that alone is just harder to sell in the wider market (such as friendly local game stores).
