Second round topper for another year. Grateful for the adventure.

We had a buddy record ours and he kept it on while he walked backstage, camera upside down so he could better transport the stand it was attached to, to get other angles. It was an instant classic.

I’m with you and @oriolesreview.bsky.social on this. Sammy, per other post, is off limits but is now pretty much the only player I feel this strongly about.

Hope to check this out this weekend. I’ve started a deep dive into Berryman’s work, but it’s complicated and heavy while being stunning.

Going Sunday! First ever hockey game, so should be a good time.

I actually love the flag with the new badge that’s showcased on the club site, but it’s nowhere to be found for purchase. Hopefully that’ll be available soon! #nufc

Don’t mind the castle the more I look at it, but I love the old circular mag badge.

Makes it easier to display across platforms, etc., while not being too far removed from tradition. If I had to nitpick something, it would be how straight the bottom of the tails are. But honestly, it’s all good and I love the club, so forward we go.

Witnessing an Astros implosion doesn’t ever get old, I’ll tell ya.

Alby isn’t an ideal fit for this team, which I’ve been vocal about all season; however, since (if?) he’s sticking around, we need outside vet voices to surround him. bsky.app/profile/seex...

Well written and nicely articulated as to why the Orioles, with Elias in charge, will (likely) continue to fumble. He’s had nearly a decade to build them into a contender, and they haven’t even won a playoff game. The confidence still shown to his “vision” is wild.

110

Jake @seexreadxwrite.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

This would be a nightmare scenario, as no real punishment comes for such crimes that range nearly a decade. If it was a season or two, I’d agree with you. Nearly a decade, plus purposefully trying to throw an ongoing investigation, warrants, to me, a PL ban of 5yrs (min).

City have the audacity to challenge the ruling, too. Pathetic.

Not only did City officials withhold/lie/cheat over nine seasons, but they then purposefully tried to tamper with an active 4yr investigation. Insane. No idea what will happen, but a ban from the Premier League for 5 years and monetary sanctions come to mind. www.premierleague.com/en/news/4727...

Premier League Statement: Manchester City FC

An independent Commission has found Manchester City FC guilty of all charges related to serious breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules over a nine-season period, and the majority of charges in relation to its failure to co-operate with the League’s investigation.

They act like they’ve never been to (fill in the blank) every time, too, as they peruse the menu for something new, only to rattle off their usual order.

“Tired of losing” says the guy whose entire job for nearly a decade has been to build a World Series contending team but has, overachieving aside, failed to do so. We, too, are tired.

Jake @seexreadxwrite.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Big time, and it’s by far my biggest reason why he needs to go. bsky.app/profile/seex...

Jake @seexreadxwrite.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

It’s time for the postseason, which means it’s now “anyone but the Yankees!” time. I will also add the Dodgers to this list, with the Red Sox close behind. Rooting for the Brewers or the Rays to win it all because “ain’t the beer cold!” works for either of them.

Jake @seexreadxwrite.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Two episodes left and I have zero idea what’s coming, which is exactly how it should be. Loving the season.

Jake @seexreadxwrite.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Yup. I went down the “realignment based on payroll” last week and the O’s woulda been contending all season! bsky.app/profile/seex...

I was just thinking he was pretty loose even by KB standards 😂 end of the season is nigh for all.

020

Jake @seexreadxwrite.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

With you all the way on this. While titles should not be taken, severe sanctions can and should be put on the club for a long time starting asap.

Jake @seexreadxwrite.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Breaking Bad, Glow, Parks & Rec, Severance, Stranger Things, The Bear, Breeders, The Handmaid’s Tale, 30 Rock, and Bluey likely make my own off-the-cuff Top 10, but even these change depending on the season.

010

Jake @seexreadxwrite.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Yes indeed on BLUEY. How some folks don’t understand it’s also for adults in what it says about the day in/out of parenting, while also being a partner/person, is wild.

This just happened in the NBA, but I am not sure how this would transfer to City/PL team; however, if the punishment isn’t severe, then it all comes off as much ado. We all know how drastic it would be if it wasn’t a big 6… www.nytimes.com/athletic/751...
