Hubs is Mexican and I adore food so part of my love language is learning real Mexican food. I’ve got pozole pretty dialed in. I bring it into the office every year just to hear the different reactions to hominy. So far: “I don’t normally like chickpeas.” “What’re those little dumplings??”
