The sad reality is that Dems would gladly pass the funding bill is Reps would include requirements for standard uniforms, body cams, and *maybe* no face masks for ICE. But nope, much easier to start an illegal war and hope there are enough cowards to pass the bill unchanged.

At least the Bush admin put in the leg work to *try* and convince the public that we needed to invade Iraq. And say what you will about Cheney and Rumsfeld (I certainly have), but they managed to engineer the Supreme Iraqi Criminal Tribunal to be responsible to Sadaam’s death.
