What I really dont get is I have a suas-egg bagel sandwi thing for brekkie when I'm in town, and I dont get nausea from it. But if I even think of cooking sausage in the morning at the park, I start feeling sick. Really any cooking smells, and I start feeling sick. 32 fucks so hard

All I ate this morning was un-sauced spegetti noodles at 7 am and still I have become nauseous. I'll be trying a fiber next to see if maybe it's a blood sugar spike that's making me sick.

I am trying to remember a deviant art era black and white comic by a finnish artist about vampires and a monk woman who was riding on a big ass sheep/goat mount and for the life of me I got nothing. I remember it was updating back when WURR and og Prague Race were still updating. #webcomics

Eat them, gain their knowledge, you know you must

10 hour shift at job site that makes me sick. 24-hour dramamine making me rock that shit. I wanna lay down Mr. Krabs, my shit hurts

000

And some close up before and afters.

000

Mild spoilers for page 26 (which goes up in uhhh January? At my current pace) but what a way to show the clean-up on scanned page and make some small fixes.

My nieces giving Bluey Energy as they show off their costumes this year was not on my bingo card, but made me tear up because what do you mean these two chaos demons are related to me? I love them so much

It's giving the mid movie plot of the dragon hunter guy and said dragon doing scams in Dragon Heart and I LOVE it. Think you'll do a little collection of your short comics? I'd love to have a copy.

Then when you get to do the Big Stretch again you gotta do it careful like because your elbow has become unaccustomed to such space and feeling of freedom

I also wannt point out this is one of the pages I re-did post scanning because I wanted to show Usagi's anger and how fizzy being angry feels. Like drinking a pissed off hot can a soda, it bubbles and burns but spitting out makes a mess. Check out #FoxHunt at featheredthing.the-comic.org/comics/8

My #webcomic Foxhunt had a #update today and you should go check it out on #ComicFury featheredthing.the-comic.org/comics/8

Anyway be careful inviting me anywhere. I got invited to a furry convention next year by some friends and I'm not gonna go without a fit (making myself a head seemed a logical place to start)

000

Once the head proportions are figured out I get to tear the whole thing apart again to add rabbit ears. Re-assemble to see how it looks then Tear the whole thing down again for the pattern. Then figure out how to use that cosplay foam stuff

100

Process: bought a pattern for a canine head, assembled and then made adjustments for a seal head. I have no front field of vision so the bridge if the nose is gonna get squished back together. I literally spent 10 hours on this

100

I'm having an episode of "I can do that" and trying to make a fursona head for the [checks notes] Sparkle Ran-tu Sona I have. In case I ever go to a furry convention. (Also to test my abilities)

100

Nvm maybe she was bad. After that I couldn't get a reply via email for a re-schedule since nobody showed up, a refund for an appointment I didn't talk to anyone for. 😑 also this one is right down the street, not a town away.

000

Upside I'll be talking about all my mental health stuff with the doc directly instead of through a NP. (My old one wasn't bad, but she didnt come to my appointment last time and I was in the waiting room for the tele doc call for an hour before being booted).

100

My biggest hope with this psych appointment on Wednesday with the new doc is that I'll be put back on the anti-depressants my previous psych has been ghosting me on for a refill because it's like, been almost a month and I'll tell you what I wasnt having this shit happening on my celexa.

100

And of course the sippy sips of water. Not like I got work in four hours or anything

000

Woke up at 2am hungry and nausea'd, may the spagetti noodles and this pack of frut snacks that I'm nibbling on soothe the evil

The creature haunting your home is here to extend the warrenty on your car.

I wanna go to the con chu's paneling at, but it's money I didn't budget for, and a day off a work I didn't request off. Also a drive to Ontario California, a place in California I didn't know existed.

Getting some colours down In the past, I have relied rather heavily on Leyendecker's technique of using very warm shadows, but for this piece I'm trialling cooler shadows, with reference to James Gurney's work

I'm finding there's a lot more I can do to help myself out in the future if I can just stay at my computer to do most of the cleanup and speech bubbles there before moving the csp files over to my tablet to color and finish.

Riley @seapupper.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

*I actually used a few pages as test pages for process and color swatch design, so they've been done ahead of schedule. It was fun, I'll probably do the same with the rest of the chapters and maybe post them sans context as a psudo 'next time'.

100

Riley @seapupper.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

I got 22 pages done and 10* more before chapter one's a wrap. The time consumeing parts are -cleaning up specks and fuzzy spots from scanning and making small fixes to panels. -blocking out characters for coloring since I am deadly allergic to closing my lineart and using the Fill tool.

I'm watching ghost buster 2. What they putting in Sigourney Weaver to make her so damn beautiful. She so pretty 🥹

000
