We are a 10/10 team in 2/3 of the pitch but more often than not, a 6/10 team in the last third. Too many good moves, good positions, good turnovers result in nothing at all because the final ball is poor or missing altogether. 62 passes in the final third vs 10 but outshot 4-3

First 60 minutes were maybe the most disappointed and angry I’ve been with this team in a long time and showed our weakness in attack, and it took conceding a goal to wake up. But the final 30 minutes showed the strength of this team: its depth.

This is the sloppiest and just plain not up to the level that I have seen Arsenal play in a long time. They are just not on it. It's not an excuse but this is the 4th match in a row away and that has to have taken a toll on the team. They should absolutely play better than this.

A year ago, that half would’ve had me in full meltdown mode. Now, after winning the title, I’m disappointed but also understanding that Brighton are good, they scored two bangers, sometimes we’re going to be off our game, and it’s a long season. Excited to see how we respond to this challenge.

Today, I barely felt any dread or nervousness when we conceded immediately. Coming back to win the game just felt inevitable. There will be nervy times (and injuries) ahead I'm sure, but right now, in the afterglow of winning the title, I fully trust this team to play like the best team in England
