If the IRS audit surrender has any legal grounding, it has to be, again, because it’s tethered to the settlement agreement. Otherwise, it’s just raw self-conferred immunity. But that means that the legal infirmities with the settlement agreement should also invalidate the audit surrender.

You can't lower gas prices by blurting out the names of a few Democrats. The administration needs to stop its crazed policies that cause so much economic pain. This happened on Trump's watch because he doubled fuel prices by taking our country to war, which drove Spirit out of business. Obviously.
