We got to see proteins “dancing” in Professor Dorothee Kern’s lab. 🧬💃 Using techniques like fast kinetics and NMR, her team studies how proteins move at the atomic level, revealing how these dynamics control function and inform the design of more selective drugs and enzymes.

Meet Calibr-Skaggs EVP Arnab Chatterjee, who advances medicines across diseases. His work includes MMV371, a long-acting injectable antimalarial in Phase 1 trials. Calibr-Skaggs was also recently awarded up to $5.1M by NIH to develop a long-acting therapy for HIV and HBV. #WorldMosquitoDay 🦟

At #ScienceInAction, the Erb lab showed how miniaturized, high-throughput screening helps scientists make and test thousands of chemical compounds in search of molecular glues, then use cell-based and genomic tools to identify compounds that may target cancers through new mechanisms.
