Trying to get inside the head of a nurse… One who worked 80 years ago in occupied Guernsey. I’m a nurse too. But her world? Nothing like mine. No electronics. Often no electricity. No dressings. Few medicines. Little food. Just instinct, and decisions no one could train for.
