Yesterday, finished up the roof brackets. Today, solar panels go up! (I'm still not in love with the color I picked for the roof, but I think we'll be seeing more light-colored roofs going forward. Attic got plenty warm with red shingles.)

Went down to look at the Pinehurst Station. The station is looking good, the road in front is, if anything, going backwards. The southbound lane looked complete on July 20th. It no longer does. Northbound seemed almost done then. Now

How often do people meow at you? When was the last time?

It's a lot for me for sure. Anytime we're in a crowd I hear it. We were at WWE Summerslam last weekend and heard it there. People scream all sorts of things, mostly at Farva. It's a chorus of meows. I was getting on a plane a year ago and the gate agent was doing the meow game during boarding announcements. I thought it was cool that he saw me and gave me that little tip of the hat. But then I walk up to board and he recognizes me and freaks out, "OH MY GOD, I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE HERE!!". Apparently he does the meow game all the time haha. He says it drives people crazy,

You know it's actually a big trend in commercial aviation right now. My buddy flies jumbo jets out of Chicago and he says that the amount of times you hear the radio guys in the towers doing the meow game is astonishing. It drives the old people crazy, they don't know what the hell it is. You have these really angry older aviation guys yelling on the radio about it.
