Josh Naylor is a great way of showing how raw sprint speed is a hustle metric. His home plate to first time is faster than other players in that range, so he's capable of moving fast, he just doesn't want to all the time

Josh Naylor takes 4.76 from home plate to first but others with that speed take closer to 5 seconds
