Some observations about Tasmania. 1. There are baby change facilities EVERYWHERE. Is it a law to have them? 2. Everyone drives at 5-10km under the speed limit EVERYWHERE. They seem to take their speeding warnings very seriously 3. Drivers are so damn polite (always a few exceptions of course)
