So many devs using AI on Reddit asking for the best ways to avoid having to disclose using AI get really upset when you point out that they're fine with using AI but don't want to disclose it is... disingenuous. "But players hate it!" Maybe, but knowing that you still used it. What's your issue??

I guess I'll watch the last episode but i think Ludwig jumped the shark. David Mitchell is just playing himself now. Episode's murder is a 5 minute distraction to get through quickly over the main overarching conspiracy, which isn't interesting or liable to be solved, as it would end the series. 😕

Watching my kid play Pacman on MAME and imagining every credit was a real coin. I guess my parents weren't such bastards for not letting me play endlessly on arcade machines when i was young. I'd have bankrupted them! 🫪 Gaming was *always* expensive, i guess 😅

Oh, a firmware update for the official SteamDeck dock (SteamDock?)! Maybe that'll mean it's...ah, nope, it's still ropey af. Honestly, the wonkiness of the SteamDock, and it's weird little dongle plug are the one thing stopping the SteamDeck from being a true Switch killer.

It's always the same. Some hobby dev starts remaking a classic in a maximalist style and i think "heh, interesting!" But then an official maximalist remake is revealed and I'm like "oh right yeah, this isn't interesting at all. Pointless at best, meh " 🤷‍♂️

One big mistake we made choosing this apartment was falling in love with the massive balcony. It was great to sit on, but Tokyo is *so* dirty that unless we cleaned it weekly it would be too gross to even walk on, so eventually we just ended up not using it at all. 😰

When judging screenshots as to whether I'm interested in a game my "brown M&Ms" is UI or dialogue text size & readability. If the text size is tiny and obviously created for massive PC screens you sit 1 foot away from I know the dev hasn't thought through other QoL issues either and I'm 100% out.

This new season of the Taskmaster may be the first off one for me. Terf-supporting one-note "aggressive monotone nerd" schtick just isn't appealing to me at all. The show usually is great at showing comedians' true fun self but I'm not sure he has one.
