On 3rd shift I would go to bed around 8AM and sleep until I was done sleeping. Usually this was around 4PM but it could be anywhere 2-6PM, and I'd have a couple leisurely hours to get ready for work. I miss not being tired all the time

I refuse to believe anyone has a fact- or aesthetic-based complaint against wind farms unless they are living right next to one. It's all based on politics, lies, fear, and hate. I literally live across the street from both the emergency warning siren and train tracks so I know it's not the noise.

The key to making this a simple problem is noting that 20 at 36 is 2 at 3.60. However my brain went from 20 to 10 to 1 at 1.80 and 6 x 1.80 and at that point I just looked at everyone elses' answers instead of completing the problem myself

TBH, I don't see a "MAGA civil war" over the Epstein files. It's more an example of how long it takes to turn around a massive ship when it has momentum. They'll turn it around eventually and people will lose any sense of urgency, remembering whatever is convenient and discarding the rest.

I think three civilizations independently came up with a concept for zero. One of them was the Maya in the Americas. Ancient Mayan sportscasters got tired of explaining the score was "one to not-yet-one" or "one versus the absence of any" so they remade their entire number system. It worked.

The first three shows were excellent. The last three episodes were merely good. The resolution came too quickly and left me unsatisfied and I don't feel like Riri completed the work to qualify for a redemption arc. I think she's still technically a bad guy. 4/5 stars, would watch again

About 20 years ago I started classes for accounting. I soon learned career accountants were fighting for entry-level accounting clerk jobs because so much work was being automated or shipped overseas. The real money in accounting is helping rich folks pay less so that became an issue, too.

Support who you want in the primaries, but can you support the winner of the primaries even if it isn't AOC? Harris / Biden / Hilary weren't perfect but they wouldn't have given us any of this. Every purist who kept their own hands clean shares part of the blame. I would vote for AOC if she won
