Strava workout summary screen reading 7.5mi Long Run. It states this is my longest run on Strava.

Metrics:

Distance: 7.51mi
Avg pace: 12:08/mi
Moving time: 1:31:12
Elevation gain: 139 ft

Essentially a long run at a slow pace to build a solid foundation for future runs. The run was pretty flat terrain.

It’s such a REAL thing. I spent my whole life ignoring attraction to women because I was attracted to men and therefore I was “straight”. I ended up meeting my soulmate still, so it worked out. But it was a whole fucking THING for me to figure out who I truly was.

There is such a fundamental misunderstanding of sexual orientation and thinking it’s tied to well…sex. Yes, I fell in love with and married a man. Years later, when I actually came out, I asked her “did you stop being straight when you married dad?” She instantly got it and apologized.
