Christ, I went to see the Doctor about potential heart issues I'd been having in like.. late September? Got referred for Bloods and an ECG; Bloods got seen within a couple of weeks, but I've only just now been given an ECG appointment for the 30th of December

If you see any pictures of cities from the 60s and 70s, the roads are wide but they're also empty. Cities simply weren't designed for the level of car ownership (nor the SIZE of cars) we have nowadays. It's why I'm aggressively pro pedestrianisation in any town and city centres.

The other thing not shown here is the UK has the smallest average home size in Europe, and it's getting smaller year on year, to the point where new build estates are using show furniture 2/3rd the size of typical furniture to make their show homes look bigger
