I've been using my custom CRM for a few months now, and it's been working really well for me. The key unlock is to let agents automatically maintain, so data never goes stale again.

I finally built my own self-driving, personal CRM. After many failed attempts and trying a lot different tools/products, I finally ended up with a system/approach I like built on top of Notion. The best part: It auto-updates, so data never goes stale.

I'm doing pretty extensive bottom-up measurements with an OpenTelemetry stack where I can see pretty clearly how things get faster and more efficient, and I also get a better sense on how to measure complexity.

Great questions. I'd say I read a relatively low percentage of the code, and I'm rather looking for signals that tell me something is wrong, the same way how a chef in a restaurant might taste something a little bit but doesn't taste everything that goes out of the kitchen.

This could look something like "literate TypeScript". A mixture of TypeScript, Markdown and React. Think Jupyter Notebooks but modern and embracing web technologies. Still early days but I'm already working towards this spec-driven vision.

I'm slowly but surely forming a better idea how to do "better specs". The key idea is to make them structured and allowing a spec to contain structured source of truth definitions and rich artifacts such as code-defined diagrams, API/CLI/schema definitions, etc.

Hey Luke, thanks for your question. My aim is certainly to make LiveStore as composable as possible. It's already possible to use whatever event store you want to use on the backend - the client currently uses SQLite to store events.
