Snagless Slim @scarycricketranch.com · 4hIf the word that comes to your mind is ‘frigid’ I think you should put it back. Sexist, judgmental, outdated, and both prudish and prurient at the same time. It’s a hellishly loaded term that should not be used about women and especially doesn’t apply to the character. Or even her mother. 120
Snagless Slim @scarycricketranch.com · 6hThe thing I enjoyed most about commuting via light rail was the opportunity to read instead of drive. I had a dedicated 30 minutes or so every morning. 050
Snagless Slim @scarycricketranch.com · 6hI rode the light rail for free the first weekend it was available, the short run from downtown to five points. I’ve watched the system grow, I saw promises made. Nothing is perfect but I wish we could have done better. When I went to Japan and saw the system there I was crushed by comparison. 000
Snagless Slim @scarycricketranch.com · 6hThere is no train that goes as slowly as was described. (Maybe in the Forney Museum?). _I’m_ not making that claim or agreeing with it. I had a couple pics that are semi-topical. This is the station I’ve used for years. I’ll use it again someday. I am not arguing I am a big fan! 210

Snagless Slim @scarycricketranch.com · 7hDo not get me wrong I strongly support light rail and mass transit but to be fair it’s been a few minutes since the train passed by my stop… I don’t know how many months… 200
Snagless Slim @scarycricketranch.com · 30/09/2026Especially small food banks, that might be managed by a part time volunteer, if at all, which don’t have the resources that larger well known organizations (I think others are referring to) have. And yes, a cake, or small toys the children can play with while they are waiting help everyone along. 020

Snagless Slim @scarycricketranch.com · 04/09/2026Anyway if I had one piece of advice for the incel types, or anyone who wants to meet people and feels a little awkward, for the gregarious outgoing or anybody’s wallflowers, whatever. If you are bored or lonely find a place like this. Take a class. You _will_ meet and interact with lots of people. 010

Snagless Slim @scarycricketranch.com · 25/08/2026Especially ground meat. I think the exact term for what is being imported is a ‘product’ for making ground beef. Not ‘beef’ per se or even (some say) from cows. I’ve avoided ground beef for years. It is ripe for contamination 010
