I’m trying to build some endurance to run outside. Currently, I’m up to 25 minutes at 4.5-7 with a 1.0 incline on the treadmill. I’ve only been going for about 2 weeks and it’s only 2 days per week. I think if I can stay consistent and add variability, I’ll be ready for the outside by spring.
