Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 11/09/2026Oh hell yes. Thanks for informing me about production mode @tkdodo.eu - even if this is 50% false positives this just made knip way more useful 🔥 050
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 07/09/2026They should invent denialism but for all the other stages of grief. I’m pretty sure MAHA is bargainism, for instance 000
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 24/08/2026I’m sick of them building all these data centers in impoverished counties that can’t fight back. Just once, they should try building a data center in a wealthy area, like Loudoun County or Santa Clara! The pushback would be legendary 010
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 17/06/2026Hell yeah we got Odrzywolek-style addition and subtraction implemented in i++ 110
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 14/06/2026Oh ffs someone gifted it back. They should just add a “nuke my streak” button and I’d be back to using it already 020
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 11/06/2026Lol no thanks. (after intentionally skipping 6 of 7 days to try and break the streak) from all the extra bonus emergency freezes they give 030
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 31/05/2026My latest language, i++, is online at saxxie.tngl.io/i_plus_plus/ ! It contains 2 constructs: functions (via iota combinator) and numbers, which are also fucntions, and compose via Odrzywolek EML's! Standard libary still needs some work but I'm claiming this as the #1 worst numerical PL :) 180
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 15/05/2026had to look it up - "complicated" means "folded" rather than "much-turned". "convoluted" ("rolled") would indeed have been etymologically slightly better. "contorted" would afaict be almost literal 1:1 translation. Why are all these words textile metaphors 010
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 09/04/2026i think cheating on one’s partner is somewhat less bad than mass murder, and therefore the costs of recidivism in the former are less than the latter. 000
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 09/04/2026??? Do you think murder has *higher* recidivism than other crimes? It would buck the trend - i cant find the exact chart i remember seeing but here’s one thats consistent with “worse crimes=less recidivism” 100
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 08/04/2026Psyllum-creatine-chia-matcha latte. It sounds better than it looks (but tastes worse) 100
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 19/03/2026they have AI right there in the first sentence! And vscode is wayy too normie, might as well just be running macOS or windows 11 like a total pleb. 140
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 14/03/2026Hell yeah we got atproto oauth working in our tangut flashcards. Does it *do* anything? no it does not f*** you 🙂 130
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 12/03/2026Oh it just got randomly lucky and this is a very noisy benchmark 020
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 05/12/2025Donald Trump is not a Real Racist (TM). Real Racists (TM) know that Somalis are literally white; this is obvious to anyone with calipers and a 19th century education. 020
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 03/12/2025Left her alone for a week and she gets herself acquired by anthropic smh 🤦 030
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 11/11/2025The problem with teaching bunnies to “fetch” is sometimes they just eat the stick 010
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 31/10/2025if this is intentional, it’s the funniest thing duolingo’s ever done. She’s so excited to teach mojibake! 030
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 29/10/2025Kinda? But only in other languages, it doesn't ever translate to English 030
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 26/08/2025I love vibe coding and so will my codereviewer 😍 This took like 1.5 hours to do 110
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 30/07/20252nd one seems dubious - while hours worked has been creeping upwards it hasn't changed nearly enough in last few decades to explain any changes IMO 020
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 21/07/2025Insane dark pattern from Coursera here - offering to "upgrade" my 6-month subscription to a 1-month subscription for the same price. 020
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 16/07/2025The Ohio river basin would make a good country shape. Top-tier balkanization blueprint 010
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 28/06/2025There's also the fact that really high frequency light ("violet") starts looking like blue + a bit of red I've always attributed it to red cone cells having a high frequency bump but I'm not sure if that's true 010
Saxxie.dev @saxxie.dev · 23/06/2025Measles infection definitely *does* select for some specific things… 010
