y mum was refused boarding today after honestly telling staff she sometimes faints (non-threatening, well-managed). Instead of showing care, the pilot chose exclusion. Grateful to everyone else who supported her - shame on the pilot for lacking basic humanity @easyjethelpdesk.bsky.social
