Language & Epistemic Injustice. The inequality in accessing language or discourses that help us make meaning, understand & communicate our experiences. Certain experiences are often invisibilised. Marginalised communities are excluded from spaces where discourse is produced.

Harm in therapy is not directly caused by Power difference in the room... it is caused by the disavowal of that Power. We need to do away with this illusion that we can equalise power in the room so we can learn to take responsibility for what we do and how we relate without defensiveness.

Entered an existencial crisis over my PhD after a tricky couple of supervisions. A menty B as gen Z would say. Mr. Man listened to the detailed explanation of my research as if he weren't bored out of his mind & then said "why are you crying over a thesis nobody will read anyway?" I calmed down.

My dog is old. I'm so grateful that I can afford to treat her but OMG! Just been hit by one of those vet bills... I don't know how people are keeping their pets alive in this economy. Also, vets have been bought by corporations who pay profits to investors. Let that sink in.
