It felt so nice to write this morning!! I know it was "just" the outline, but that's plenty of chance for my characters to start talking to me, and THEY DID And here I was worried I'd have forgotten how to do it.

Aah, here I was sure that I'd finished plotting all POV characters for Book 15, only to realise this morning, as I'm copying my notes, that I paused one of them 1/3 of the way through and forgot to come back to it. Guess I'm not, in fact, done with the early plotting :') #writingcommunity

Same!! I love seeing different POVs to get a better feel for the whole story instead of just one character's perspective. I have written single POV books, but I definitely prefer multiple. And I, too, go on vibes XD

Life has been such a bitch to you, and it's okay to be upset about it. It's okay for your husband to be optimistic if that's how he feels, & it's okay for you to bloody hate this situation and hurt over it. Sending all the hugs. I recommend a forest to scream into it, I hear it's very therapeutic 🫂

Would a cat picture help? Cat pictures always soothe me (not as much as actually petting a cat, obviously, but that's kinda hard to pass on over the internet), so here's a picture of my neighbour's cat and our nephew who loves to visit for naps.

An orange and white cat snuggling into a very fluffy grey cushion, which itself sits on a red blanket and cream sofa. Ignore my black leggings in the bottom left corner. This cat is very stretched out, looks extremely comfy, and we can't quite see his face because it's so cuddled into the grey cushion fluff. I can confirm he was asleep.
