Thank you love, it's boring but hopefully it'll just go away if I rest up. I've had it before & it lasted years but I fought it instead of just stopping. It was like those finger traps, the more I pushed the worse I felt. So I'm just going with it. If I go slow I'm just spacey but not in pain.

Primers are good especially when starting with black. Their paints will be good, I tend to go for rad paint as it's a smooth finish & designed to be wiped down.

Spray is the best finish on metal, can be done slowly with a sponge, it can still get drippy. The paints that bind to metal are thick a bit like painting on chewing gum. Ronseal, Wickes trade paints are good brands. Radiator paint is the hardiest & meant to be wiped down or designed for outdoors.

I will see, I've asked for a reply. If nothing then I know the heads & will go through the complaints. Teacher has been very nice to kiddo today, (they had a dentist appointment so only in for a bit). It was someone who works there who said to write & nip it in the bud.

Absolutely shouting especially in anger. All that's conveyed is the person is out of control/ scary. I'm loud when kids are: far away or in danger (like a alarm). I sing a group's name to get their attention. Kiddo is brutally honest, I get them to walk me through before & after. I'm still shocked

Kid had a tough day yesterday. Teacher shouted at them when they were kneeling going onto a play mat (with no one on), "how dare you" three times then that they were "endangering the other children" I've actually written to the teacher for an explanation. Shouting at smalls in anger is abuse.

Scratch that can't pre order yet... Grrr. There's also the 40th anniversary performance which isn't live yet either. Kiddo wants to go, it's close enough to their birthday that it'll be instead of a party. Kiddo says they'll get the record & play it in the park with friends & cake after.

I get it, I'm a night owl naturally, my kid is on farm time. Shifting clocks was horrible as kiddo wouldn't sleep well & would just revert to dawn = awake. Now we are on the same time as each other, just not as everyone else 😂. We were supposed to get rid of shifting clocks we just started early.

Left field way of doing things, we don't change with the clocks. We go to bed & wake at Summer time. We have more time together in the mornings of the winter, or evenings of the summer. It still gets dark but we don't have to re adjust when we wake.

“Defiance” WIP this is the beginning of an African Elephant standing on the Savanna. The back ground is the Imprimatur Underpainting in Burnt Sienna/Davy’s Gray. The Elephant is the beginnings of the Grisaille using only Davy’s Gray. This is my “personal defiance” to AI. AI can only copy what has already been done, AI cannot analyze what changes to make based on personal aesthetic tastes or personal desires or goals. Those goals & desires are an abstract in my mind. It is the Yin (the inside) and the Yang is the artwork. Every inside has an outside, and every outside has an inside, but dissimilar & separate and yet are one. Because the Yin cannot exist without the Yang, & the Yang cannot come into existence without the Yin.
AI cannot compete or beat the nature of Carbon Based Lifeforms Intellectual drive and desire to survive. AI will become an “obsolete technology, and obsolete machinery” ☮️💕😃⚧️

What evidence is there that patients were referred inappropriately?
At this stage, it is not known if patients have been referred inappropriately. The purpose of the Independent Clinical Review is to assess this.

Have any patients undergone surgery inappropriately?
At this stage, the NWJCC has not identified any patients who have undergone surgery inappropriately.
However, there are cases where patients have been referred into the surgical pathway but have not gone on to have surgery, including where NHS England providers have identified that referral criteria had not been met. It is also recognised that concerns have been raised by some patients about the referral
process.
The purpose of the current review is to better understand these concerns and provide assurance that patients are being appropriately supported, assessed and referred, and that the necessary clinical governance arrangements are in place.

Does this mean patients may have come to harm?
No immediate patient safety concerns have been identified by the NWJCC, and therefore they are not concluding that patients have come to harm.
However, concerns have been raised through complaints to the NWJCC, correspondence, and other information received about the gender affirming surgery pathway. As a precautionary measure, referrals, surgical assessments, and surgery are paused while further review work is undertaken.
These prompt actions have been taken to ensure any potential risks
are identified and addressed as quickly as possible, and that patients continue to receive safe and high-quality care.
