People are leaving states that restrict reproductive rights. Total abortion bans reduced rents by an avg of 2.2% from July 2022-June 2025 (4.0% in the most recent year) and increased rental vacancy rates by an avg of 1.1-1.8 percentage points. (Same for home values!). 19thnews.org/2026/03/abor...
