Just watched “Pizza Movie” on Hulu and it was a fucking riot! One of the better comedies I’ve seen in a while. It’s written and directed by the guys who ran the BriTANic YouTube channel back in the day. It’s also surprisingly artistic in its presentation. WATCH IT!

LLM based GenAI is functionally an extrapolation machine. It uses a matrix of weights to extrapolate what word/token should come next given what's already there. What it generates is correlation not causation. It just so happens that a lot of correlations also happen to be causational.

I've been playing SourgeBringer and it's been such a fun time. Imagine Hyper Light Drifter and The Binding of Issac had a baby that exclusively listens to the Doom Soundtrack. It rides a fine line of making you feel like a total badass while also being tough as nails. Highly reccommend.

I helped a friend replace a valve head gasket today. One of the bolts broke off in the socket so I had to pull it out using a screw removal tool. It fucking sucked but I GOT IT OUT!

As someone who works in the logistics industry, I don't think any of us are ready for the ramifications of this Iranian war. Fuel, paper, and plastics are all going up at an unfathomable rate. Shipping anything is going to get very expensive and that cost is going to be passed on to you.

The biggest impact that AI has had on my life is the absurd increase of scams I have to dodge. I get 5 calls a day telling me my loan got approved, dozens of emails phishing for my info and ads showing AI generated products begging me to click. It’s exhausting.
