Taking time away from writing while I visited Japan and San Francisco really helped me feel clearer about my plans for my books. As the final rejections roll in on my Arthurian novel, I know it's not the end for this particular book - I've got something in the works for it that I'm excited about 😊

Having a packed weekend with @witchymomo.bsky.social - yesterday we did an Arthurian escape room (which was awesome) and watched some drunk Shakespeare (which was hilarious) and today we're going to Stonehenge. Tomorrow: The Odyssey at the cinema and Pride at the National Theatre! 😃

😢 I got to meet Anthony Head at LFCC in 2011 and he was so lovely even when I was a stuttering mess. Buffy and Merlin were such core parts of my teen identity, and still are hugely important to me. He will be so missed 💔
