Companies don’t care about decreasing turnover anymore. They only care about how much money they can show shareholders. They’ll care about 8 less hrs per person that they won’t have to pay and think of how much their profits will go up. Do not want.

Broke 2 needles making it, and the final top stitch is a bit janky, but it’s my very first time doing anything with real leather, so I’ll take it. 👍🏼

The only effing printer I have access to at work is Dead and I can’t print any receivers or shipping paper work now. And the mgr to me to make them digital files and email them to her, but she’s talking to the owner and not doing any multi tasking at all. 😖

Not doing the lining today, but at least I got the outside of it done. This by itself cost 32$ to get the leather pieces from Michael’s and thank for for 2 panels from each small piece.

Thankfully my zoomies are actually good for something
