Going through and cleaning up photos to prepare to remove my data from Google's servers has me feeling all kinds of feels. Last photo of my guy, Rio, was in September of last year. He died in October. I think I'll miss him forever.

It's my arm tube's last day inside my arm. I will, of course, be asking to keep it. Tonight, I'll take it out and put it back in (like I have every night for the last 6 months) for the last time.

Sam's forearm. It is a white person with blackwork tattoos. There's a simple, linework rising sun on a hill on the meaty part of the hand where the thumb knuckle starts, on the arm there's a happy ghost in Crocs, wearing a spinner hat, a bat, a skull with an open mouth with hahaha! written above, and a tattooed hand wielding a chef's knife. Extending from the wrist through that arm, under the skin, is a clear plastic tube, emerging near the elbow's crease. It's just long enough to show 2-3 cm poking out each end.

I made this diagram to explain the hair growth cycle to my clients, but thought y'all might like to see it, too! In permanent hair removal treatment, we're trying to neutralize the dermal papillae responsible for growing new hairs. It's easiest during anagen - it's in the follicle with the hair.

I'm in the "furnishing" stage on the new practice/studio space, y'all!! This is exciting! I've moved in my practice things. Now to make it pretty and welcoming.

There's a grey, ergonomic saddle stool to the left of it, and a cart bearing electrolysis treatment items (including SX-B Sterex machine) directly behind it, below the window. There's a black space heater in the back left corner. To its right is a big red metal pipe, on top of which a wood shelf has been installed. Under it are various storage items. On top of it are sanitizing/sterilizing equipment, PPE, and various odds and ends. It looks clean, if a bit cluttered.

A squad of 5 sculpted ghosts (white sheet-covered, with black eye holes variety). Their sheets flare around the bottom. They have black, veiny, eldritch-horror inspired tendrils emerging from their eye holes in various directions, looking spooky. They also have giant, puckered, mauve kissy lips. They're not identical, giving them each their own "personality".

We've got the beginnings of a finished floor! I've got gaps to fill, but it's very clear progress and clearly indicated that I'm nearing project completion. ☺️

A dark blue linoleum covers the floor, with some small gaps between slabs. On top of it are a piece of wood with a trash can on top of it, a wood pallet, a large cardboard box that reads "sillon", and a stack of white base base boards. The shelf above it, against the wall on the right, covering a large, red water pipe (that spans the length of the room) is littered with a bunch of miscellaneous stuff. The white door, with frosted glass panel and silver handle is off the hinges, rested on the floor against the wall to the left.

Oldest selfie in my camera roll / most recent. 2016 was the year of my divorce, and my cat and I had just moved into a new place. / Yesterday, after I did some hauling of construction materials.
