Taylor Farms can(and should!) audit suppliers to ensure farms & farm workers are adhering to agricultural best practices but that will not stop wildlife or microbes from interacting with the produce. Bc this involves produce, you can do everything right & still have an outbreak.

Though concern is warranted, it’s important to view this from the proper perspective… Recalls are proof of a system working, not proof of failure. Taylor Farms or their supplier farms, can’t test 100% of these ingredients that grow on the ground where salmonella & cyclospora live.
