A federal judge in Washington, D.C., dismissed the center’s suit against Chuck Redd for canceling a concert after the president’s name was added to the facade.

The move comes as heat is expected to be a major issue during this summer’s tournament, which is being jointly hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada.
