Another Data Center is on the table for city council in Marietta this week. At 7PM on Wednesday at City Hall, a new data center will be up for a vote on city council. We need a complete ban on AI Data centers, and a complete data center moratorium until the city can properly engage with the public

🚧Pedestrian safety improvements in Marietta! West Side Elementary got a new pedestrian crosswalk on Polk Street this week! This small change will make it safer for kids to walk to school, seniors to go on a stroll, and residents of all ages to get around safely on foot.

Been seeing posts like this. Bring your kids to Marietta Bike Social. We are experienced riders who will teach them the rules of the road to keep everyone safe. We meet every Saturday at 10am outside Marietta Sq Market, rain or shine. Learning to ride safely on slippery roads is a great skill too!

Hey Marietta! I just got back from early voting, and there was a line out the door, which tells me there is a lot of energy heading into this primary. Love to see it. Election Day is Tuesday, May 19, from 7am to 7pm. On Election Day, you must vote at your assigned precinct.

Across metro Atlanta, we've seen this before: detailed plans get made and then ignored when leadership changes or inertia sets in. Cobb is heading toward one million people. We can't afford that pattern. I'm pushing for an aggressive approach to transportation, housing, and revenue generation.

Marietta unanimously approved selling 34 acres of public land on Franklin Gateway to billionaire Arthur Blank. He now controls 60+ acres. I don’t agree with the sale. However, our advocacy won 10 acres back for public use. There were no town halls or opportunities for public input. We deserve more
