Before I walk into jury duty, remember this. San Diego is home to 17% of the US Navy, 30% of the Marine Corps, 8% of the US Military, and about 250k veterans. For context, when Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, Hawaii was home to about 3% of the US Navy. Although it did house most of the Pacific Fleet

Isle of Reveries update. Game is still hard! 2 dungeons down and 20 deaths I have to complement the puzzles. I am undecided on the story, but the puzzles and combat is amazing. It is literally a Try Everything. I run circles around Zelda. These? I have to think about what I am doing. Love it.

I know people hate jury duty. I love it. I dont have to drive an hour to work. But for real. This is the 2nd most sacred civic duty one can do. If you ever get called, and you can, sit on a jury. But yea. I am celebrating right now.

Let me say. Of ALL the things a game could do. THIS is one of the best. Bravo to @desertcucco.bsky.social for including this. As a PS player moving to PC, seeing everything in Xbox makes it rough. But being able to see mapping I am use to is very helpful. Isle of Reveries is really good so far!

And done. Moonlight Pulse is really cool. Definitely a game worth checking out if you like Metroidvainia. Amazing characters, some good outside the box thinking. Literally my only complaint is finding where to go after going to some areas. It really pushes exploration and Point of No Return.

The Salty Sgt @saltysgt.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

I have been busy so my little gaming time has been Moonlight Pulse. Sounds like a sweet Disco game. DO NOT BE DECIEVED! It is a brutal adventure! Part open world, Part Metroidvainia Great game, great story so far. But also brutal in direction. Also it has No Consequence Difficulty Sliders!

To add to GTA6 greed, let's not forget the WB merger. The guy who is profiting off of it if it finishes this year will receive almost $1 billion. David Zaslav killed Coyote vs Acme for similar reasons despite the movie being finished and testing better than average. He recieved Millions for this.

Elections are coming, and so are the lies. In California Prop 40 has NO MECHANISM to tax middle to low income individuals. Despite the commercials, its ONLY tax mechanism is a 1 time tax on the ultra wealthy. They have options on how to pay this tax, but they can not escape it. READ MORE BELOW

Important gaming update! Congress has introduced a bill, which if passed, would require Internet Providers(AT&T Sprint, T-Mobile, ect) to BLOCK piracy sites. Obviously we know how overbroad this can be so our favorite rom sites could be blocked. A win for Platforms, a loss for us.
