Role Announcement! 🎙️ 🙌 🧜‍♀️ You can hear me as the speaking and singing voice of Vivienne in this adorable (and free and union 💪) nautical game, “Seafaring Critters”. Is she a mom, a mermaid, both?? You’ll have to play to figure it out :333 seafaring-creaturas.itch.io/seafaring-cr... #voiceover

I feel like there's a "rot" in the voiceover industry right now. It's something that's probably always been there, but I think it's been progressively getting worse. There's this strange attitude that can basically be summed up as, "F*ck y'all. I got mine." And I'd like to talk about it. 🧵

Oh no guys My current frustration at the state of the textile industry is making me Want to get into weaving my own fabrics Like every day enshittification and hyper capitalism has me going "fuck it I'll do it myself then" to everything, all the time

Every year around this time I see all the spooky stuff and yearn to voice act in a freaky horror project All I wanna do is shriek at the top of my lungs and panic and make some creature noises 😌🤞

I initially resolved to close this chapter and leave this guy alone, but listening to this makes me so ill I need to say something. This guy was a part of my twitch community for the last several years as well. I have also done voice work for his cartoon, and other projects of his.

The film is written, directed, and co-stars Hitoshi Ozawa, a legendary Yakuza actor who is a villain in Yakuza 0, who got his fellow legends involved. This was his passion project inspired by one of his best friends, a trans woman, and he worked with the community for representative casting.

you will encounter more opportunities in life to change the batteries on a smoke alarm than you will to run into a burning building and no one gives a shit you changed those batteries but it is still very important and why are you waiting on a burning building, know what i’m saying, it’s a metaphor

i worry that men think being A Good Guy is dramatically and heroically intervening on behalf of an endangered woman and then being publicly rewarded on a grand scale when actually being A Good Guy is just usually saying, “hey man that’s not funny” or “wow that’s fucked up” and there is no reward

Shouldn't be anybody left at this point who doesn't know better but just in case you know somebody living in denial about what Israel is doing, show them this. Show this to anybody who calls this a "war". It has never been more clear one side holds all the power. There's a different word for that.

…Are you kidding me? This country's treatment of voice actors is fucking abysmal. Aqua Teen Hunger Force essentially built Adult Swim, & if there were any justice, Carey Means shouldn't have to work another day in his life. Between this & Andy Merrill's trouble, i just… what the fuck. What the fuck.

for fucking REAL. the depth of trauma for those undiagnosed with ADHD is real. not just the way we feel like we're constantly failing (because everyone is telling us we are) but not understanding WHY because we have no context to understand other people aren't struggling with the things we are.

A thing about cPTSD and hyper vigilance that isn't talked about much is how badly it can paralyze you in all areas of your life. Every thing you want to do, you feel like you need permission first, or like you can't without getting in trouble or upsetting someone, so you just don't do anything c:

Yeah I cannot stress this enough for the younger generation - those of us who are old enough to remember the early to mid 00s will tell you. Post 9/11 was STEEPED in mass xenophobia. People were TERRIFIED, and in their ignorance that fear QUICKLY turned into hatred and bloodlust.
