It’s skill and care. A lot of them just don’t care to be nice, particularly to ppl who aren’t very kind to us so they just offload that energy onto Chat. It definitely will degrade the skill though. First thing to go will be patience.

In high school, my teachers taught us to investigate source material. Where information came from, who was telling it, who they were telling it to. Not all information is created equal. Anyway, it took me a while to realize that level of analysis, fundamental in my life, is not widely taught.

I work in IT. In my office, all of the other techs use ChatGPT regularly. I do not. Imo, Chad Gibbidy hasn’t made them any more efficent than they were before nor faster than me. They mostly use it in order to respond to emails by making their natural assholery sound less assholery.

Exactly. I’m from the south. I find that ppl here in Chicago are usually a happy medium between asshole and southern hospitality. It’s midwestern nice for the most part. Black and brown from all over are pretty chill here.
