I tried to do this (and we have many of the same picks) but the site doesn't seem to have Ever After, so between that and the dreadful SMR cover, I gave up

If they were able to rebroadcast the series this past year, hopefully that's a good sign and, even if we still can't get an international release, there can at least be a DVD/BD re-release? Better than nothing?

La Reconquista (the novel) is the only time it remotely worked: Jadeite & Mars were rivals in fortune-telling; Nephrite & Jupiter bonded over flowers; Zoisite & Mercury bonded over being nerds; Kunzite was annoyed by Venus, but she didn't want to be the only girl who was single

PHIX COMIX @sailorfuncomics.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Best overall, yes, but still far from perfect: Where was Rei's grandpa? What was that Princess Serenity dress? Why was Venus Outersified? There's obvious room for improvement (and I don't just mean the graphics).

If Crystal had been managed properly, we probably could have already gotten something interesting for the 30th anniversary...

Weather-themed characters should commit to the bit and use it pronouns ("It's sunny," "It's raining," "It's hot out," etc.)

Next up for Sailor Moon is, you guessed it, the 1st OP for SuperS! As always, it was scanned from a 16mm rush print in 4K by us, with a little restoration on the side to fix damaged frames. Interesting thing to note: it contains an early, unfinalized logo! www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGoL...

I never watched Cult, so Kai and Winter mean nothing to me and I don't know what their connection to Constance is supposed to be. If she's trying to bring her kids back to life (?), then where's Beau?

Suspense is my favorite as a lover of all things Old Hollywood. If you liked TCBSRMT, you'd probably also enjoy the Sears Radio Theater "Mystery Night" episodes (hosted by Vincent Price) and Price's own series, "The Price of Fear."
