Depuis 2021, les autorités maliennes ont fait du souverainisme le moteur d’une politique de rupture dans les domaines sécuritaire, diplomatique et économique. Elles peinent cependant à répondre aux attentes des populations, faute de ressources et de solutions durables aux problèmes sécuritaires. Le régime devrait explorer la voie d’un souverainisme plus équilibré.
