I had a thing happen once at a con where someone tried to idk, "quiz" me cus of my bridget cosplay, and I said yeah, I playger in strive, then asked him if he played arcs other games like blazblue, which of course, he hadn't. So I don't doubt they just jump onto games or fandoms to hate women.
