Tonight's 3 good things... 1. I slept 55 whole minutes past my 5am standard insomnia time. 2. We finally cat-flea treated the carpets only 3m after we first intended too. 3. I found nothing but immense kindness in my connections with colleagues today. Hugely grateful 🥲.

ADHD is associated with a high risk of suicide across sexes and all ages. This risk is decreased by treating with meds: methylphenidate/amphetamines (aka ritalin/adderall). The protective effect is seen in children, adults, and veterans. (references below) #ScienceisPOWER #MedSky #PsychSky
