The march ended in Esther Short Park where demonstrators had a chance to sign petitions and gather information about upcoming Resistance action. A fitting end to a peaceful demonstration, protestors used the opportunity to connect with eachother and strengthen their resolve for the coming struggle.

Many protestors considered the police presence, approved by some organizers, to be on par with the presence of fascist counter-protestors who meekly attempted to disrupt the main demonstration. The reaction to both was the same: a persistent and impassioned voice of disapproval from anti-fascists.
