it's hard to talk to people about the ice dance results because i need to explain that 1) yes it's bullshit for any team, no matter how good, to win olympic gold in ice dance with multiple visible errors AND 2) chock/bates have been overscored for years and shouldn't have won gold anyway

I genuinely hopes this causes a mass exodus of teams and the end of gadbois (not including Scott and Madi’s branch in this). It’s obvious that MF, patch, and Romain, along with the rest of the Montreal coaching staff, are more than happy to work with and politic for fbc and are complicit in abuse.

Literally no other sport would give a pair with only one year together and a world ranking of 25 the gold. Not to mention they’re both horrible people, rape apologists, and abusers themselves. Fuck them and fuck the isu for allowing this to happen. Believe survivors.
